 I. Details of the event/activity 

In Olongapo City, Room 508 was the venue for the QUIZZZ IT event organized by Gordon College on September 28, 2023, running from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The event was led by Jasper Robert Mamaril, and our group consisted of members Charlene Turqueza, Dann Mallari, James Roward Paneza, and Joan Michael Padua. As part of the learning enhancement, participants engaged in computer-based assessments.

II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings) 

Quizzz IT proved to be a valuable learning experience, revealing the efficacy of incorporating quizzes to foster an engaging and fair educational setting. The introduction of a "Raise-the-flag" rule ensured the adherence to established guidelines, contributing to a disciplined and equitable learning environment. This event not only deepened our comprehension of the subject matter but also significantly fortified our collaborative skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities within the team. The interactive participation of individuals added an additional layer of engagement, rendering the learning process dynamic and enjoyable.

Beyond these positive outcomes, Quizzz IT underscored the significance of adaptability and prompt decision-making in the face of unforeseen challenges. Observing the critical nature of acting swiftly and flexibly served as a valuable lesson. In summary, the event offered a comprehensive learning experience, integrating effective educational methods with the dynamics of teamwork and adaptability in a semi-formal setting.

III. Reflections on possibilities on implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning) 

Considering the practical application of insights gained from the webinar, there's a real chance to use what we learned in everyday situations. The positive reaction from the students to the computer-related quiz questions at QUIZZZ IT suggests that adding interactive elements to educational events can make learning more engaging. The success of the "Raise-the-flag" rules in making things enjoyable and fair also provides a practical approach that might be useful in other educational settings.

Moreover, the praise received for effective event planning and the use of online forms for registration and feedback emphasizes the importance of being organized. This learning could be applied practically in future events to simplify processes and ensure a smooth experience for participants. Additionally, the attention to detail in creating a polished appearance with materials and certificates at QUIZZZ IT shows that presentation matters in improving how an event is perceived. Exploring ways to maintain a professional and engaging atmosphere through thoughtful event materials could be a practical consideration for future occasions.

IV. Positive feedback (on the event organization)

 The students thoroughly enjoyed the event, they surely appreciated the diverse range of quiz questions related to computers. The introduction of the "Raise-the-flag" rules heightened enjoyment and ensured fairness. Attendees commended our adept event organization and the enjoyable atmosphere created. The seamless proceedings were attributed to the utilization of online forms for registration and feedback. The use of polished materials and certificates added a professional touch to the overall presentation.

V. Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities 

Something to look out for in the future is the fact that we should be more active online specially in the facebook page of INNOVATICA to endorse the event. One can also be the fact that we should have looked for a better, even bigger venue.
