INNOVATICA has recently organized a captivating event named "Mobile Legends Showdown: Battle for Glory" as an integral component of Gordon College's Sportsfest scheduled for November 9-10, 2023. Led by Jerika Soriano and James Roward Paneza, the event seeks to unite students and gaming enthusiasts through an exciting online Mobile Legends eSports Tournament. The coordination and support of team members Dann Mallari, Jasper Mamaril, Joan Michael Padua, and Charlene Turqueza contribute to the success and execution of this initiative.

Organizing the Mobile Legends competition proved to be an exhilarating endeavor. From formulating tournament regulations to ensuring a seamless online experience for participants, we recognized the indispensability of meticulous planning. Managing team coordination, overseeing registrations, and addressing technical aspects provided us with valuable organizational skills that contributed to the success of the event.

Planning out the tournament rules and making sure the online experience was top-notch taught us the importance of being super organized – a skill that comes in handy for all sorts of events. Dealing with teams, managing sign-ups, and handling the tech side of things not only made the competition smooth but also showed us how these skills can work in different scenarios. And you know what was cool? The players' excitement and the friendly vibes really show that you can bring people together through gaming. So, it's not just about the competition; it's about creating a cool and friendly community vibe, and those skills we picked up can totally be used in other situations too!
