I. Details of the event/activity 

On December 9, 2023, the CSRoar2023 event took place under the grand dome of the Philippine Arena. CloudStaff, our esteemed partner, decided to conclude the year with a remarkable celebration, extending invitations to employees, their families, and even students to partake in the festivities. The Philippine Arena was aglow with joy as we collectively gathered for a memorable year-end event that transcended the typical party atmosphere and resembled a grand concert. The evening featured performances by the highly talented Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, the indie vibes of Lola Amour, and the legendary Ely Buendia.

II. Reflections on the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings) 

The transformation of the Philippine Arena into a grand stage for CSRoar2023 was a significant display of CloudStaff's gratitude. The melodies of the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, the infectious energy of Lola Amour, and Ely Buendia's iconic hits collectively turned the night into a spectacular celebration of unity. CSRoar2023 went beyond mere entertainment; it stood as a sincere gesture from CloudStaff to express appreciation and give back to their dedicated team, transcending the conventional notion of a year-end party.

The inclusive nature of CSRoar2023, where students like myself were invited to partake in the festivities. It wasn't merely a symbolic gesture; rather, it conveyed a clear message that happiness and appreciation should be shared irrespective of one's role in the broader picture. This inclusive approach left a lasting impression, teaching me the invaluable lesson that recognizing and celebrating hard work is not just a nicety but a crucial element in fostering a happy and connected workplace.

Reflecting on CSRoar2023 at the Philippine Arena, the night was more than a party—it served as a powerful reminder that, in the symphony of work and life, shared joy is the sweetest melody. The event became a collective wave of joy and appreciation, emphasizing the importance of giving back happiness to CloudStaff's hardworking team. This gigantic celebration brought together employees, their families, and students, leaving an enduring memory of the simple yet profound understanding that acknowledging and celebrating hard work is fundamental to cultivating a happy and united workplace.

III. Reflections on possibilities on implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level (practical application of learning) 

CSRoar2023 taught me a valuable lesson—that studying doesn't always have to be confined to textbooks and lectures. The event demonstrated that learning can be enjoyable and refreshing. By incorporating elements of fun, such as music and social gatherings, it opened up a new dimension to the educational experience. Beyond academics, events like these create opportunities to forge new friendships, providing a holistic and enriching perspective on the learning journey. The celebration served as a reminder that blending enjoyment with education can contribute to a more well-rounded and fulfilling educational experience.

IV. Positive feedback (on the event organization) 

I am eager to express my enthusiasm for the outstanding organization of CSRoar2023! The event's impeccable planning made the night thoroughly enjoyable, and the choice of the Philippine Arena was fantastic. The entire experience, from entering the venue to finding a comfortable seat, ran seamlessly. The performances by the artists, including the beautiful tunes from the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, the lively vibes of Lola Amour, and the iconic performance by Ely Buendia, were truly fantastic and catered to diverse tastes. What stood out the most was the event's inclusivity, as CloudStaff extended invitations to employees, their families, and even students like myself, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. In essence, CSRoar2023 surpassed the typical party experience; it was a meticulously organized celebration that left a lasting, happy impression. A sincere thank you to the organizers for orchestrating such a memorable and enjoyable night for all of us! Great job!

V. Suggestions for improvements to be made/consider for future activities 

The selection of the Philippine Arena, the presence of incredibly talented artists, and the warm and inviting atmosphere all came together to create an outstanding experience. A heartfelt appreciation goes out to the organizers for their dedicated efforts in making the event truly awesome! I eagerly anticipate and look forward to more events like this in the future. The event was flawless and I think that Cloudstaff should do this more often.
