II. Reflections on the Webinar
I recently attended this seminar, and I must say, it really changed my view of the ever-changing tech world. It gave me a new perspective on how we can connect with job opportunities, interesting people, and fresh ideas after graduating. The speaker talked about the vital role of education and how it can open doors for us, not just for young folks but also for those who love to keep learning throughout life. They introduced KodeGo, a company under Globe Network, and it got me thinking about my future career. I'm pretty excited about the potential KodeGo has, and I'd love to be a part of it.
In one of the sessions, they focused on the Internet of Things (IoT), and it was eye-opening. IoT is all about devices connecting through the internet, and it's changing fast. They're adding edge computing to make decisions in real-time, especially in things like self-driving cars and factory automation. Plus, they're using AI and machine learning to make IoT devices smarter and offer customized services, which is a game-changer for businesses. With 5G on the horizon, IoT is going to reach new heights, from remote surgery to augmented reality and smart cities. But, let's not forget about security – it's still a big concern. We need to find a balance between convenience and safety in IoT systems. And, there's also the sustainability and ethics side of things to consider. We've got to design and engineer IoT in a way that's efficient, secure, and sustainable.
This seminar reminded me that IoT isn't just about technology; it's about how it affects our lives, industries, and the environment. It's important to embrace these trends wisely so we can unlock the full potential of IoT and create a future that's not only efficient and secure but also environmentally responsible.
